Orders can
be placed by calling 1347-240-0290 or on the website,
www.starlightmobile.com.
Starlightmobile.com products are available for shipping only. Orders can not be
picked up at our office or warehouse.
Starlightmobile.COM offers you products and services in a secure manner. In order to
provide you with the full benefits of our site, we require certain personal
information. We collect e-mail addresses, names, address, etc on an opt-in
basis.
When you buy
a product, you are asked to provide us with contact information that may
include: name, address, a shipping address (must be same as credit card billing
address), credit card number, credit card expiration date, in some situation we
may ask for a photo id w/identification number (such as your driver license
number). We use this information to process and fulfill your order and to
protect you from false purchases made in your name.
In all
instances in which you provide your personal information to us it is in a manner
that is direct and clearly identifiable. Information that is collected in the
process of taking and fulfilling an order is used solely for that purpose. In

order manually.
ACCURACY
AND TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
Starlightmobile.COM aspires to publish accurate selling prices for the products
we offer. However, on occasion we do make mistakes. In the event a product is
listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a
typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our
suppliers, Starlightmobile.COM shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such
orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been
charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is
canceled, Starlightmobile.COM shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card
account in the amount of the charge.

ORDER
ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not
signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our
offer to sell. Starlightmobile.COM reserves the right at any time after receipt of
your order to accept or decline your order, without prior notice to you, to
supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders must obtain
pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment.
SHIPPING
At the present time, we only ship to the Continental U.S. Orders placed by
1:00pm EST generally ship next day Monday-Friday.
All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon
availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped
within 2 business days of receiving your order. No orders are processed or
shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays every effort will be
made to contact you by phone email or mail. If the delay is due to backorder,
you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder
substitute to another item or cancel your order.
SALES TAX
Starlightmobile.COM only collects local sales tax on orders shipped within NY State.
For areas outside of NY State please check with your local tax authorities
regarding any local sales tax liabilities.
MODEL &
PRICE CHANGES
Manufacturers are constantly updating their product lines and eliminating some
models. Should you learn of a new model on the market which is not listed in our
catalog please call us for information. In addition manufacturers are
continuously changing their cost prices. When prices are lowered we will pass
the savings on to you. If a price goes up we may be obliged to increase our
price. All prices and descriptions are subject to change without any prior
notice.
CREDIT
CARDS
We accept
all major credit cards, including Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express®.
Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number that
your credit card issuer has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a
delay in processing your order.

RETURN

appearance/quality and customer's change of mind.

Defective
Bluetooth Headsets & Accessories :
All Bluetooth
Products Such as Headsets, Carkits and other accessories comes with
1 Year US Limited Manufacture warranty.
please contact your product manufacture if you have an issue with
the quality of the device such as pairing problems, sound quality,
battery life or Bluetooth range. Starlightmobile will not return
products with quality issues.

exchangeable within a period of seven days form customer receive
date. The item must be in original factory condition including all
packaging materials inserts and manuals.
You are
responsible for return shipping charges to Starlightmobile.COM
Starlightmobile.COM will bear the cost of shipment of the replacement item
to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our everyday low
prices and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments. If you
choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and
handling charges are non refundable.
Cell phones : If you choose to return
an unwanted unit (cell phones only) for a refund, we will offer
refund for the price of the product - 20% restocking fee, the
shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

PHONES RETURN POLICY.
Dead-on-arrival
merchandise is exchangeable provided that the unit has less than
thirty minutes and is within a period of seven days from the date of
the original invoice. The item must be in original factory condition
including all packaging materials inserts and manuals, warranty
cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.
Starlightmobile
guarantees the voice feature of the phone to work 100% with support.
Starlightmobile is not responsible for the settings of the phones
browser, Email, MMS, SMS, GPRS, WAP, Picture sending or any other
network related setup other than the voice feature. If you setup the
phone properly, you will have all the feature working on the phone.
For additional setup instruction please contact your current phone
service provider or look for instruction on www.howardforum.com.
There will be no refund or exchange if you are unable to setup the
browser, mms, sms, gprs, wap or any other internet related setup
except the voice feature.
If you make a
purchase and the product does not receive service in your area, we
will offer refund for the price of the product - 20% restocking fee

All returns
and exchange can be made only within 7 days from customer receive date. A
20%
restocking fee will be applied to all returns and a 10% cancellation fee
will be applied to all order cancellations before we ship out. The equipment must be returned
as original with all components within the box. It must be like new condition
without any kind of cosmetic or internal damage to the unit and its components.
The equipment must be returned within 5 calendar days. A copy of the invoice
must be included with your return. At our discretion, we may decline your return
or charge you a fee for missing items or items that we determine are damages or
require service. These charges will be charged to the customer's credit card
without need for further approval from the customer.
Starlightmobile

business days after issue. Please note that RA # does not guarantee final
disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. Pack the products into a
shipping box with plenty of packing material and tape securely. Write the RA#
issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.
Any
merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel
back to us freight prepaid! We suggest that you use USPS Priority Service
"Insured." Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods
will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.

All returns, for
any reason, must be packaged with instruction booklets and all other
supplied accessories when it was first delivered to you.

Before you return
your items, you must contact us and receive a Return Merchandise
Authorization Number (RMA). Any returns sent without an RMA number will not
be accepted by Starlightmobile. You, the customer, assume all responsibility
for the package until it arrives at our office.
